Battery Replacement With in 06 month !!
Well Before 06 month battery failed. It is under guarantee.
We are facing this issue since last 02 weeks & Maxi is not working. Delear ( Mansi Auto care , Ahmedabad)is waiting for replacement from Company !!. Looking to Company reputation , company must kep spares with dealer for replacement . I do not suggest to buy this Vehicle.

Compnaies are cheating the cutomers
I have purchased Hero-Ultra Velocity and after the split between Hero and Ultra, I am facing big problems in servicing the vehicle.
The maintenance of the vehicle is so high, that it is not recommended to be purcahsed by anybody. It is better to go with the petrol vehicle rather than this EV bikes. Atleast those vehicles has got the resale value and EV bikes, nobdoy will purchase it even for 500 Rs.

EKO Vehicles a bad choice
I had very bad experience with EKO Vehicles Pvt Ltd. after purchasing their EKO cosmic directly from the manufacturer. The second day onwards I faced troubles with battery charger, shock absorber, stand, mudguard, horn etc. Instead of riding it I had to pull it most often. Several correspondances to the company were not responded to. Their attitude is lethergic. I filed a consumer case, but the order came against me saying that I complained only after the 6 months warranty period. I am going for appeal at higher court. I do not recommend any one deal with this company. Any of you facing similar problems with it may contact me so we can jointly fight the case.

hi to all
i bought vijaya glide-25 10 months back .
first 6 months the performance was good and gave 25km per charge.they gave the guarantee for battery 6 months and for motor 1 yr .but after 6 months 2 batteries out of 4 has totally out and now its giving only 5km per charge
and i stopped using the vehicle for past two months.
the dealers are suggesting to replace two batteries costing Rs.2500 per battery.
really i fed up with product and bought this vehicle for Rs.31000/- and there is no value for my money i believe

Never Buy Ultra vehicles
Hi to all, We have purchased 2 nos of Hero Ultra( now they split into ultra and hero) Velocities as they said very good stories to us. They said battery lasts for 300 cycles i.e. 300*40 kms= 12000 kilometers. But surprisingly batteries gone after 5000 kilometers. And they are denieing to replace the batteries and asking us to pay the full amount of Rs:9000/- for each vehicle.
If we calculate the running cost( where they are telling less than 10 paisa)
9000/5000 = Rs:1.80 + electricity charge Around 20 paisa per kilometer will cost around Rs: 2/-per kilometer is much costlier than any 2 two wheeler.Besides to that there is no proper response form the company in this regard. No resale value for the Evs. So I m asking all people better not to buy elecrtic vehicles particularly Ultra vehicles.if any one want to know all the problems about this vehicle pl mail me call me to 98491-98451once before buying this vehicles. Many spare parts are from chine, they are very poor in quality. Foot mats, Throttle, Head light Switch,Stand, Batteries ,Handle Bar yoke, Charger, were replaced in 1 year, Then you understand how poor quality products were being used in this.

2 Optima ULTRA HERO JOINT VENTURE CAME UPART AND OTIMA IS NO MORE AVAILABLE
4 TVS ELECTICAL (SPARER NOT AVAILABLE)
We baught 4 TVS Electric vehicle for our office but a sorry to say that at least the dealer at pondicherry (PLA MOTORS) is not well stocked with spares, it is not even 4 to 5 months and two of our vehicle are at the dealers point due to non availibility of spares, hope some one from TVS gets this message, we intend to buy two more but have to evaluate BSA or ULTRA Motors vehicle (had purchased 2 vehicles, Optima from Ultra but model stoped so we baught TVS electrical) therefore if any one is going to purchase any electric vehicle kindly ensure that spare are availabe as the vehicle has a limited guarrenty of only 6 months post that you will have to pay through your nose to service the same
